Cops: Bronx home robbed by Con Ed impersonator

Police are searching for a man they say impersonated a Con Ed worker to rob a Pelham Bay home.

The armed suspect used the getup to enter a home on Lodovick Avenue and hold up a 21-year-old man, authorities say. According to the victim's mother, the robber and another man ransacked the home and took gold jewelry, laptops and telephones.

Police are asking anyone with information about the robbery to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
