Bloomberg unveils Bronx campaign office

Mayor Michael Bloomberg made a stop in the Bronx Saturday, officially opening his campaign office on White Plains Road.

Bloomberg appeared outside 2542 White Plains Road just after 1:00 p.m. to speak to a crowd of hundreds of his supporters. The mayor promised to continue lowering crime and increasing high school graduation rates if he is elected for another four-year term.

Some Bronx residents who attended the opening of the campaign office support Bloomberg?s run for another term and hope he can continue his work as mayor.

Bloomberg supporters interested in volunteering at the campaign office can get information beginning April 2.
