Signals from stolen game lead police to culprit

A Bronx man was arrested Tuesday after police traced signals from a stolen Xbox 360 game system to his apartment.

Authorities went to 22-year-old Jeremiah Gilliam's Laconia Avenue apartment with a search warrant. Inside, officers say they found hundreds of stolen items, including global-positioning systems, laptops, cell phones and other property taken mostly from about 200 cars in Westchester County.

Gilliam was on parole for drug convictions when he was arrested, authorities say. He is charged with grand larceny.
