Police question teen in deadly Bruckner crash

The investigation into a car crash that killed a young girl continued Wednesday after police say they questioned and released a 15-year-old boy a day earlier.

Officials say they are trying to figure out who was driving a 2003 GMC Envoy when it crashed through a fence on the Bruckner Expressway Monday night, killing 12-year-old Kaitlin Booth.

According to investigators, the teenage boy hired a lawyer and denies being behind the wheel. They say the SUV is registered to a tenant in a three-family house on Edison Avenue where Kaitlin's family and the 15-year-old both live.
