The U.S. Marine Corps Air-Ground Task Force put on an air show Friday at Orchard Beach for Fleet Week.
Among the spectators was World War II veteran William Johnson, who said it was his first time seeing the choppers up close.
Johnson said it brought back memories of his service.
"It's great, I have no regrets," he said. "I'm really excited to be out here."
