Police offer reward for information on bodega fight that left a man dead
Police are offering a reward for information about an incident that left a man dead on Washington Avenue.
Police say the victim is a 37-year-old man from Switzerland who had a heated argument with two other people inside the Guerrero Bodega Thursday night.
They say the man fell and hit his head on the concrete after being punched, which sent him into cardiac arrest at around midnight.
Police say they found the victim unconscious outside of the bodega, and he was pronounced dead after being rushed to St. Barnabas Hospital.
Investigators have released surveillance video from the incident. A $2,000 reward is also being offered for any information that leads to an arrest.
