A Bronx nurse accused of trying to rape a 64-year-old patient made his second appearance in court today.
Nanic Aidasani stood before a judge to find out if a grand jury had heard his case.
However, prosecutors say that the 42-year-old's case has been delayed as they continue to gather evidence.
Aidasani will head back into the courtroom June 30.
Sandford Rubenstein, the victim's family attorney, says the victim is no longer at the Manhattanville Health Care Center. He says that since March she has been living in a new facility with independent living quarters.
