Parents: P.S. 78 bused kids without warning

Some Bronx parents are outraged after they say their children were bused to other schools Monday without notification from P.S. 78 officials.

Students were sent to area schools because P.S. 78 on Needham Avenue was without heat throughout the whole building and without electricity in some rooms. School administration says parents were sent letters detailing the problem and were called about the temporary relocation of their children.

Some parents say they had no idea their children were taken from the building and never received the letters or calls.

Con Ed says there was a problem with feeders that supply heat and electricity to the school and they have been repaired.
