Girl goes back to school after bus blunder

A 6-year-old Bronx girl got back on a school bus Wednesday morning after an incident in which she says she was dropped off at the wrong school.

Daisy Garcia says she was dropped off Feb. 24 at P.S.14, a school approximately 2 miles away from her special-needs school. Although she informed the new driver and bus matron that she was at the wrong school, they forced her to get off the bus, Garcia says.

Garcia has not attended school for a week. Her mother says she plans to start riding the bus with her daughter every day.
