NYC schools face off in robotics competition

High school students from the Bronx and Brooklyn faced off Friday during round one of the regional FIRST robotics tournament.

The competition, called ?For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology,? or FIRST, brought students together at the Jacob Javits Convention Center to battle for a spot at nationals.
