Bronx residents coping without power

Many Bronx homes and businesses are still without power several days after a March nor'easter slammed the borough over the weekend.

The storm caused unprecedented damage throughout the city. According to Consolidated Edison, Inc., it now has approximately 600 restoration crews in the field working overtime to get the power back on for 2,670 buildings.

Residents in the Woodlawn area say they are finding it hard to cope. "I'm just taking it one day at a time," says John Sassi.

Con Edison says it hopes to have all power restored to the Bronx by Wednesday night.
