Residents: Bugs still exist at Lambert houses

Residents say they are glad their months-old garbage is finally being picked up, but many are still dealing with a bug problem.

Residents say their garbage was finally picked up by city sanitation after being left in a courtyard since January. Sanitation workers say it?s the responsibility of the management, Phipps Houses, to take the garbage to a main compacter.

The garbage is gone, but residents now have roaches and bedbugs in their homes due to months of unsanitary conditions.
