Damage to church doesn't stop Easter Mass

Bronx residents whose church was damaged in a suspicious fire last month didn't let that stop them from celebrating Easter Mass.

Congregants gathered at the gymnasium of Saint Nicholas of Tolentine Church on Fordham Road and soon the joyous sounds of Easter were heard echoing from the building.

The church's chapel was damaged after a fire that investigators ruled as "suspicious" tore through on March 5.
