Mount Eden residents tired of smelling a ratPosted: Updated:
A group of Mount Eden residents say a vacant lot on Clay Avenue has become home to thousands of rats.
Anthony Ortega, who manages the building next door, says he's been issued violations because of the rats.
Ortega says he thinks the city owns the property. News 12 The Bronx contacted the city's Department of Housing Preservation and Development about the lot and the agency is now looking into the problem.
