Domestic violence center opens doors

A $4.4 million center for domestic violence victims officially opened its doors in the South Bronx today.

City officials say the Family Justice Center will be a one-stop resource to provide assistance for domestic violence victims.

"This will be the place where victims of family violence can find a safe haven, get the legal assistance and services ? they need to restart their lives," says Mayor Michael Bloomberg.
