Cuomo subpoenas Espada's records

Attorney General Andrew Cuomo has subpoenaed state Senate records involving embattled Democratic Majority Leader Pedro Espada Jr.

Cuomo wants personnel and travel records for several employees hired by the senator.

Cuomo filed a lawsuit against Espada for allegedly looting $14 million out of the Bronx-based non-profit where Espada serves as president and CEO.
