Clay Ave. tenants fed up with mold problem

Tenants of a building on Clay Avenue say they are fed up with the mold that has been accumulating on their ceilings, in their closets and in their bathrooms for months.

Tenants say leaking ceilings in their apartments are to blame for not only a serious mold problem, but health problems and a strong stench as well.

They say they have called the landlord and the city several times, but to no avail.

The tenants say they plan to band together and take their landlord to court with the hope that the building doesn't get sold off beforehand.
