Cremated remains stolen from Bronx van

Cremated remains of a woman were stolen from a minivan parked in Mott Haven.

After a May 9 memorial service, 59-year-old Eileen Dashiell?s remains were placed inside a green tote bag in a rented 2010 Chrysler. The car was parked near Oak Terrance in Mott Haven overnight.

When the family returned they discovered a broken side window and found the ashes missing.
