Survivors and the heroes that saved them reunite

Survivors and the heroes that saved them came together Thursday for a special reunion.The survivors and EMTs took part in a ceremony at Randall?s Island, where 11 survivors came up to the stage to shake hands with their heroes.

The ceremony was part of FDNY's EMS Week that runs through May 22. It's designed to honor the 750,000 men and women that provide life-saving work to millions of Americans each year.
