Police looking for driver in Cross Bronx hit-and-run

Police are looking for the driver of a vehicle involved in a multi-car hit-and-run on the Cross Bronx Expressway.

Authorities say the accident occurred near Third Avenue. A Land Rover with five people inside struck two other vehicles before flipping over and hitting a guardrail, according to police.

Three women inside the Land Rover were taken to the hospital in critical condition. Police are looking for a man and woman who fled from the same vehicle on foot.
