Bail hearing delayed in temple terror-plot trial

A judge has delayed making a decision on bail for three of the four men accused of trying to blow up two Bronx synagogues in Riverdale last year.

Lawyers for David Williams, Onta Williams, and James Cromite argued today that the men are not a danger to the public and should be sent home to await trial.

The fourth suspect, Leguerre Peye, is not eligible for bail because he's a citizen of Haiti.

The men were arrested when they allegedly attempted to buy fake explosives from an FBI agent to blow up the synagogues.

The judge says she plans to issue a written decision on Thursday.
