Prices going up for tenants in rent-stabilized apartments

The Rent Guidelines Board voted in favor of an increase for tenants in rent-stabilized apartments. Bronx tenants with one-year leases will pay 2.25 percent more per year. Tenants with two-year leases will see an increase of 4.5 percent. The increases will go into effect Oct. 1.
