Tenants to protest change for rental laws

Tenants plan to protest at City Hall to push state lawmakers to pass much-needed rent laws.

The group plans to protest what they call New York State's inaction on rent reform legislation. They?re demanding the senate pass bills to reverse the phase out of rent-regulated housing.

The Senate is expected to return to Albany during the week of July 12. when it will continue to tacke the budget.
