DEP repairs broken sewage pipe

(08/09/10) WAKEFIELD - A pond of stocked-up sewage in Wakefield has been cleaned up.

The Department of Environment Protection shut down Camp Street today after it was alerted to a broken pipe that was spewing sewage and waste onto the street. Neighbors say their basements have been flooded and their toilets backed up for the past year because of the broken pipe.
