Bronx man arrested on suspicion of shooting at police

Police arrested 32-year-old Shamar Henson this morning after they say he fired a gun at them.

Investigators say two officers were chasing Henson when he turned down an alleyway. Police say Henson fired a single bullet at the officers.

Police did not return fire. After the arrest, police say they recovered a loaded 22-caliber revolver.

Henson has been charged with attempted murder of a police officer.
