Closing arguments wrap up in 'Newburgh Four' terror trial

The defense presented its closing arguments today as the terror trial of the ?Newburgh Four? comes to a close.

James Cromitie, Onta Williams, David Williams and Laguerre Payen are accused of plotting to bomb a synagogue and Jewish community center in the Bronx and shoot down an aircraft at the Stewart Air National Guard Base.

Lawyers for the men insist they were set up by a confidential informant and only got involved because of the money.

The judge is expected to explain the charges to the jury tomorrow.
