10th suspect in custody in anti-gay beatings
Police say a 10th suspect is in custody for last week's alleged anti-gay beatings of three people in University Heights.
Jose Dominguez, 22, is charged with assault, unlawful imprisonment and aggravated harassment. All the charges are being treated as hate crimes.
Police say Dominguez surrendered this afternoon.
Dominguez and nine other suspected gang members are accused of torturing, beating and sodomizing three men after hearing that one of their gang recruits was gay.
