BX voters experiencing few problems with new machines

Bronx residents have not reported any major problems with the new electronic voting machines that are scanning ballots this Election Day.

The new system, which requires voters to manually fill in a bubble indicating the candidates of their choice, does away with the old lever-style machines.

However, some voters have complained that the fonts on the voting slips are too small. Polling places are offering magnifiers for those with seeing problems and voters can get help from on-site workers.
