Hunts Point residents frustrated by parking tickets

Drivers in Hunts Point say they're getting unfairly slapped with parking tickets in an alleged construction zone.

Nelson Delgado says he woke up to find a ticket this morning for parking in a temporary construction zone. However, Delgado says there were no workers around when he parked and no signs posted anywhere.

Residents who live in front of 720 Hunts Point Ave. say the construction project has been going on since the beginning of the summer. They say this is the first time drivers have been ticketed.

Delgado says he wasn't the only one to get ticketed. He says five other cars also received the $115 ticket.
