BX residents brave blizzard with no heat, hot water

Some Bronx residents have had to brave the holiday blizzard without the benefit of hot water and heat.

Tenants say their apartment building on Beach Avenue lost both services on Christmas Day, which they say is first time it's ever happened.

The building's superintendent told News 12 The Bronx the heat and hot water would be back this afternoon.
