Unplowed streets keep BX residents snowed in
Some Bronx residents are still snowed in after the blizzard dumped nearly two feet of snow across the borough.

Residents say unplowed streets are the biggest problem, preventing people from leaving their homes and going to work. Six cars got stuck in the snow on Esplanade Avenue in Morris Park, and residents had to spend the entire morning digging their cars out in Soundview.
The snow is up to knee height in places, but people said they need to be patient. "It's not easy," one resident said. "But we have to understand the city cannot be everywhere."
