Six patients who survived cardiac arrest got the chance to reunite with the people who saved their lives.
Jessi Saldana survived cardiac arrest in February of last year, when she was taken to Bronx Lebanon Hospital.
At Fort Hamilton Wednesday as part of the FDNY's annual Second Chance Brunch, Saldana and five others met the team of first responders who brought them back to life.
Emergency responders in attendance said they are dedicated to helping others and making sure their patients get a second chance at life.
