Bronx Puerto Rican parade canceled due to rain

The annual Bronx Puerto Rican Day Parade was canceled today because of the wet weather, and there may not be a replacement date.

The parade, which is held along the Grand Concourse, may not be rescheduled because it's a costly event that takes months to get clearance for, organizers say.

Bronx residents say they hope a rain date can be scheduled.
