Bronx teen reunited with her life-saving heroes

A Bronx teen who almost died was able to reunite today with those who gave her a second chance at life.

Sarah Adams El, 18, was leaving her family's apartment last year to take her final exams when she collapsed in the living room. When the paramedics arrived, Sarah had no heartbeat and they had to use a defibrillator to get her back.

El, along with nine other Bronx survivors, was able to thank those who helped save them as part of the FDNY's 17th annual Second Chance Brunch.
