Supreme Court won't allow BX church to worship in a school

The Supreme Court ruled today that a small Bronx church will no longer be able to worship at a local public school.
The Bronx Household of Faith had been renting space at P.S. 15 for its services since 2002, despite a Department of Education (DOE) policy that prohibits religious groups on school grounds.
The Evangelical church had argued that the city lets congregations rent school space for bible studies, but the DOE said that worship services blur the line between church and state.
