Grand jury hearing delayed for man accused in NYC bomb plot

An agreement has been reached to delay a grand jury hearing against the man accused in a New York City bomb plot.
Jose Pimentel was arrested last month for an alleged plan to blow up city cop cars and post offices.
The accused al-Qaida sympathizer was scheduled to learn today whether or not he would be indicted on numerous charges, including criminal possession of a weapon to use for terrorism.
According to court documents, Pimentel bought some of his bomb-making materials at a Home Depot in The Bronx.
