College football back in The Bronx for Pinstripe Bowl

College football was back in The Bronx tonight for the second annual Pinstripe Bowl at Yankee Stadium.

The Rutgers Scarlet Knights defeated the Iowa State Cyclones 27-13 this afternoon, with a lot of excitement both on and off the gridiron.

Along 161st Street and River Avenue, the Bronx Tourism Council hosted a hospitality tent until kickoff, while both school bands put on a public concert in Babe Ruth Plaza.

Local restaurants, including Yankee Tavern and Billy's, also offered game-day discounts.
