Hurricane Irene victims in The Bronx have been given nearly $400,000 in disaster aid.
The money was issued by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Officials say so far, they've received 411 applications from the borough.
The deadline to apply for recovery assistance is Oct. 31.
