Developers renew talks to revamp Kingsbridge parking lot

Posted: Updated:

City officials have announced that they are in talks with developers to possibly revamp an empty lot in Kingsbridge. The 80,000 square-foot space, located at West 230th Street and Broadway, is currently used as a parking lot. Some officials say the lot should be redeveloped into a shopping center, while others say they want a mix of residences and commercial outlets. The city has extended the deadline to receive proposals until Nov. 7.
