Police in The Bronx are looking for a 20-year-old man they say killed a man two weeks ago in Mott Haven.

Investigators in the 40th Precinct say Rafael Ortega is a 5'5" and weighs 140 pounds.

In a picture, released by the authorities, Ortega has long hair, but police believe he recently cut his hair short.

The murder happened on Oct. 15, on E. 138th Street, just after 1:30 a.m. Officers found the victim, Joel Rojas, 24, with stab wounds to the stomach.

He was pronounced dead at Lincoln Hospital. Police have not announced why Ortega allegedly killed Rojas.
