Bronx residents celebrate Ferragosto Festival

On Sunday, tens of thousands of people came out to enjoy the Ferragosto Festival in Belmont. And this year's festival held an extra special meaning.

The Italian holiday celebrates the harvest of farmers from the old country and is when families come to enjoy the fruits of their labor.

Besides the food, and music, Sunday was also a time to reflect on the 10th anniversary of Sept. 11.

New York's bravest and finest were honored in a commemoration ceremony. Meanwhile, Bronx residents bowed their heads for a moment of silence to remember the lives lost on that dreadful day.
