Man accused in 3-year-old's murder back in court

Just a day after 3-year-old India Durant was laid to rest, her mother's boyfriend was back in court facing charges for her murder.

Kenneth Williams, 27, was arraigned on Saturday on charges of second-degree murder, manslaughter and reckless endangerment. He faced a judge again today for a routine hearing.

Investigators say Durant was found unconscious while in Williams' care last Wednesday. She later died at St. Barnabas Hospital due to internal injuries caused by blunt-force trauma to the torso.

Williams is being held without bail. Durant's mother hasn't been charged.
