'Courtlandt Avenue Crew' members face racketeering, murder charges

Eight alleged members of a Courtlandt Avenue drug ring were indicted today and are facing a long list of federal charges, including racketeering and murder.

Prosecutors say the "Courtlandt Avenue Crew" distributed and sold crack cocaine and marijuana around the neighborhood. They're also accused of killing two rival dealers last year.

Most of the eight defendants face up to life in prison or the death penalty.
