Residents rush to fill up gas tanks ahead of storm

Gas stations across the borough were busy today as residents hurried to fill their gas tanks ahead of Hurricane Irene.

Officials had urged residents to fill up their vehicle's gas tank ahead of the storm as a precaution.

Many drivers say they were worried that if they didn't fill up early, that gas stations might run out of fuel.
