Lawmakers push for mandatory crossover mirrors on trucks

Lawmakers are pushing for large trucks to get crossover mirrors saying they would increase safety on the road.

The legislation comes after a truck accidentally struck and dragged a Brooklyn boy on a tricycle this May. The driver was not able to see the child.
