'Car wash guy' lathers on fun during work

Cars lined up outside Yankee Stadium aren?t just waiting for a parking spot. Some of them are in line for a hand car wash.

Erick Taylor has been washing cars outside Yankee Stadium for nearly three years. He used to work for a truck cleaning company but decided to strike out on his own.

Taylor says he has about 20 regular customers and charges $25 for a wash with $40 for detail work. He says he thinks he has even washed a car for Derek Jeter.

Taylor says he always has a smile for his customers. He hopes to one day be able to open his own store in the borough.
