Baychester residents sick of dirty train station

Baychester residents say their local train station is an eyesore and they want it cleaned up as soon as possible.

Its one of the last stations on the north-end of the 5 line and straphangers say it is always the last to get cleaned.

Neighbors say they've complained to Community Board 12 many times and that sometimes the garbage piles up so high they have no choice but to clean it up themselves.

The MTA says it plans to send out a mobile wash crew to clean up the station within the next few days.
