Jury finds 2 transit officers guilty of misdemeanor conduct

A jury that is in its second week of deliberations says it has come to a verdict on some, but not all of the charges against two transit officers accused of assault.

The officers are accused of beating Marlon Smith in Williamsbridge after they saw him blocking traffic with an open car door back in 2008.

The jury found officers Koleen Robinson and Michelle Anglin guilty of two counts of misdemeanor conduct.

It is still deliberating on the assault charges against the officers.
