7 feet of sewage flooding West Farms basement

Residents say nearly 7 feet of sewage has flooded the basement on a West Farms apartment building.

Residents living in 1703 Van Buren St. say that the flooding is also causing mold to grow all over their walls. Many say they have not had heat or hot water for weeks.

Residents say they do not know who they can contact to get the issues fixed. The Department of Homeless Services gives residents housing vouchers to live in the building.
