Police: Pedestrian fatally hit by drunken driver in Bronx

Police say a Fordham man was hit and killed by a drunken driver this weekend.

T.J. Riley was struck early Sunday morning at Fordham Road and Bathgate Avenue. The driver attempted to flee the scene but was caught shortly after, according to police.

Police say the driver, 35-year-old Seth Johnson, faces charges of vehicular manslaughter and driving while intoxicated.
